Blaupunkt Cast Iron Grill Plate

The angular shape of the Blaupunkt griddle pan means there is ample space for grilling several pieces of meat or sausages. The leftover fat from the grilling process runs into the grooves intended for this exact purpose, enabling food to be prepared with less fat. Thanks to the patented non-stock coating, the food can be turned effortlessly, without leaving any residue. The cast iron griddle, suitable for induction, ceramic and gas hobs, can easily be washed by hand, making it quickly ready for the next indoor barbecue.
